I have learned this week that when I am in a museum later at night I can't remember things. Or my brain starts to shut down around 6:45 PM. Or my inability to speak like an intelligent human being could have been stress-induced. (I'm gonna plead the latter.)
First Thing: I have forgotten any Chinese characters I have learned in my life, with the exception of "Love", "Joy", and "Happiness".
Second Thing: I know nothing about jewelry from any culture or civilization. Thus, I cannot converse about it like an intelligent human being.
Last Thing: "They are becoming done" is so fabulously grammatically incorrect, in any language I speak, that I should win some award for the fact that it came out of my mouth. I should also get an award for admitting that I did say it when a friend said, "Did I hear you say, 'Becoming done?'" For about 5 seconds, I thought about letting him think he was hearing things. But I admitted I did say it. And, I am pretty sure, I turned the color of a tomato.
