I was doing the crossword puzzle tonight on Yahoo! Games like I do every night before I go to bed. One of the clues was "A song by Neil Diamond." Do you know how many songs Neil Diamond has done?! And do you know that I know most of them because my parents and aunts and uncles are fans?! For my cousins and I, it's just not officially Christmas until we have heard his Christmas album at least once from beginning to end. (This statement is true for me only when I am around my cousins for Christmas, which is rare.) To be blunt, I do not particularly like Neil Diamond. He is one part of my childhood musical exposure I did not happily carry over into my adult musical repetoire. With the exception of that one song he did with Barbra Streisand that I can't remember the name of at the moment. Something about the word green...
Anyway...
The answer to the clue was "Heartlight." I have heard this song hundreds of times. I had no clue this song was about the movie "E.T." I totally thought it was about something else. But now the song is stuck in my head.
So.....
I thought I'd share. :-D
