I love LEGO's! Every year I ask for LEGO's for Christmas--1 year Brother Number 1 actually got me some. The main problem I have with LEGO's is the price. When did they get to be that expensive?! And does it really cost that much to produce those little plastic pieces? If they weren't so expensive I would buy my own instead of putting them as the only item on my Christmas list every year. (Attention family: While I love getting crazy colored/patterned socks, LEGO's are the only thing I want. One present from all would be the perfect thing.)
Enter the genius of Japan and Nanoblocks. Thank you wired.com and GeekDad. I might need to go get myself the Taj Mahal set. Maybe that will be my reward when I get straight A's this semester. I need some type of reward for being an academic/workaholic masochist. Now I'm going to take some migraine meds and pass out for the next two-three days. The room needs to stop spinning so I can dream about building things. Thank goodness the computer screen has a dimmer switch.
