"You Are My Sunshine"

One of my wonderful patients told me yesterday that my beautiful smiling face makes the day better. "It's like the sun shines brighter in the room when you walk in it." I then proceeded to sing "You Are My Sunshine" while checking some vitals. Made the patient laugh.

Want to know what makes my days better? So far, my wonderful boys. My nephews are a regular dose of joy. I am so lucky to get to run away and visit them whenever I want now. Prior to these photos, I had only gotten to see them twice for a few hours in the past 2 years. They make my heart laugh.
