I know that Jesus is the Christ. He is the Messiah who was promised to come. He is our Exemplar, the only one who can teach us the way to return to the presence of our Father in Heaven. He performed the Atonement in Gethsemane and sealed it with His blood and voluntarily gave up His life on the cross at Calvary. He rose on the third day in resurrected glory.
Physical and spiritual death have been removed from the equations of our lives because of His obedience and sacrifice. I am so grateful for a loving Father in Heaven who has given me and you the opportunity to choose because He sent His only begotten son in the flesh to make it possible for us to return to Him once again, if that is what we truly desire.
