Except the dress is white with a black sash. And one of us (cough, me) is extremely, overly blessed in the upstairs department. So I have set a goal to lose 30 pounds by The Date. Yesterday was my workout start date. I took a nap. I had a rough night at work the night before and the body was not cooperating. Today, the digestive system is not cooperating.
Yesterday I cooked most of the day and have enough food cooked for the next 3 weeks. If I can keep this up, not eat out, and workout every day I will hopefully be a size 10 by The Date. Since I have to make my dress, this should not be a problem. I have plenty of time to get it sewn and fitted to me.
Oh, but re-working my personal schedule to workout has been tougher than I thought. I don't know why. I like working out. It relieves stress and I feel fantastic at the end of every workout. I think it has to do with the fact that my apartment is still not organized or unpacked. I'm working on that this week. Hopefully, by Friday everything will be organized and cleaned up.
Anyone want to come over and watch me clean? If someone's here talking to me I can't come up with any excuses to nap or watch TV online. I'm so lazy lately. (sigh)
My best friend when I'm cleaning is my bluetooth headset. I call my sister, mom, etc. and chat while I clean. It makes it a lot easier. And yaay for brother number 1 getting married!
