Starting October 1, I will be attempting the 100 Day Whole Foods Challenge. Nothing processed, everything cooked in my own kitchen. (Yikes!) Luckily most of the recipes are designed for a family of 4 so I can make one meal and stretch it over 2 days for lunch and dinner or freeze leftovers. Fingers, eyes, and toes crossed.
