Not Normal

I live in southeast Texas. We have two seasons: hurricane and other. Other is only supposed to last for a couple of weeks in December. We run our air conditioners 98 percent of the year. Anything below 70° is considered cold. It is a sub-tropical climate.
This is what I woke up to this morning. In my entire life I have never seen this after 9AM. I've never seen icicles on my house let alone ice encasing everything. I'm no longer equipped for this kind of weather. My bones ache it's so cold. 
(I acknowledge that I am complaining and it is colder where most people live. But this is the equivalent of -30 below here.)
