The Process of Adoption
After years/months/weeks/days/hours of deliberation, I've decided that it is time. I have a lot of love to give and know I can provide a good home. Tonight I started the adoption process. I found the group I want to adopt through and submitted the adoption application. Hopefully in the next 6-8 weeks I will have a new addition to my solitary existence. I wanted a mixed-race girl and she didn't have to be a newborn.
Really excited and scared about doing this but feel it is the right thing to do at this time.
I'm kinda hoping to get this gorgeous girlie.
I really want/wanted a Rottweiller-Greyhound mix but have been unsuccessful in my search thus far. Therefore, I think Bitsy might be perfect for me. Her coat reminds me of a marble cake.
